For nearly three decades Poland-native Basia Trzetrzelewska’s Latin-flavored, pop/jazz sound has been a favorite around the world. Her debut album, Time and Tide, in 1987 resulted in three Adult Contemporary hits: Promises, New Day For You, and Time & Tide, followed by her breakout-success single Cruising For Bruising. Her 1994 release of The Sweetest Illusion, Drunk On Love became a no.1 Billboard Club Play. Now Basia is emerging with her strongest work yet. It’s That Girl Again brings her trademark global pop/jazz sound back with fresh songs that effortlessly update the beautiful spirit, timeless melodies and Latin-jazz rhythms of her greatest hits.
