This spine-splintering exercise in garbage ingestion is quite possibly the most rewarding experience in ‘80s no-budget horror. This is a movie for humans who hate humans and movies. Gore, nudity and misanthropy replace conscience, logic and integrity. After a woman is brutally assaulted by a group of construction workers, each meathead finds himself stalked and perforated by a power tool-wielding avenger. When not poking deep holes in two-legged trashpiles, the righteous executioner drives a gold hearse across dusty expanses or watches bikers hump against a tree. Antisocial insanity reaches height after height until all earthly rules have been shattered in a holocaust of Budweiser stench and men’s briefs. After this screening, you’ll be inspired to take a razor blade with you into the bathtub, or maybe you’ll break into the Home Depot to load up on rapist-removing pneumatic goodies. I fully support either choice.
