RAIN performs the full range of The Beatles' discography live onstage, including the most complex and challenging songs that The Beatles themselves recorded in the studio but never performed for an audience. Together longer than The Beatles, RAIN has mastered every song, gesture and nuance of the legendary foursome, delivering a totally live, note-for-note performance in this multi-media concert, that’s as infectious as it is transporting. From the early hits to later classics (I Want To Hold Your Hand, Hard Day’s Night, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Let It Be, Come Together, Hey Jude and more), this adoring tribute will take you back to a time when all you needed was love, and a little help from your friends!

I went to see this performance with my girlfriend and absolutely loved it! I have had the Beatles Tunes in my head now for days afterwards and it is not a bad thing at all.

with the musicians ability to not
just belt out the Fab Four classics
but to emulate their mannerisms
(right down to Ringo's head bob and
George's guitar holding stance!) If

is a MUST SEE! Coo Coo Ca Choo

Are you ready to step back in time? RAIN, the Beatles tribute band, takes us on a musical journey through the history of one of the most-loved bands of all time. All of the music is performed live – nothing is pre-recorded – and the performers are spot-on in their portrayals of each of the members. We are put into the show itself as it opens with video footage from the Ed Sullivan show as the band makes their U.S. debut. RAIN covers each of the musical eras with accuracy – from the music, to the costumes, to the on-stage banter with the audience. If you never had the opportunity to see the Beatles live, take this chance to experience the best tribute band – before they’re gone to the next town. Be ready to dance, sing and party with the rest of us…it’s time to RAIN!

I grew up playing my Mother's Beatles album on the family turntable. I feel as close to their music, I'd argue, as anyone who knew it when it was first released. Rain is what happens when you take a polished, professional, cover band and throw a big budget at it. Elaborate lighting, costumes and multi-media screens add some interest but not as much as you might think. The visuals worked best during some of Lennon's songs like "I am the Walrus" and "Strawberry Fields". And added nothing at times like displaying lyrics during "When I'm 64". The musicians are skilled and certainly reminiscent of the fab four. While this definitely is not a night at the theatre, it is a fun, nostalgic concert.

It was almost like being back in the ‘60s again. Sure, the near sell-out Long Center audience was older – Baby Boomers mostly, mature fans, plus a few 3rd generation kids. There was plenty of clapping, arm-waving, dancing and singing from the appreciative patrons. Members of this excellent tribute band flawlessly performed a full spectrum of Beatles classics. Appropriate costume changes conveyed “time travel” through the Fab Four’s career. Strobe and lighting effects haze and eclectic, still and video images flashed across three large screens, adding a psychedelic feel to the show. Graphics and animation as well as period commercials turned back the clock for many of the fans of the Boys from Brittain. There were enthusiastic on-screen crowd scenes from historic venues that further ignited the Austin audience’s involvement. But mostly it was the music and the memories. Fan or not, you’ll love this show. One obscure detail: The “authentic” Paul plays a left-handed guitar.

The performance was thoroughly professional, and the four who represented the Beatles during their career were super-talented musicians. The staging, costumes, lighting were superb. Screens on both sides of the stage showed scenes from the 60's - 70's period, political reminders and also commercials. The spectacle and musicianship were first rate. I thought the amplification was so loud, I couldn't hear the lyrics, which were part of the Beatles' genius, and I had to sit with my ears partially stopped to filter it, and hear the sound of a human voice singing! But my daughter, who is 49, said she thought it was normal, so this could be generational. The other spectacle at the show is seeing hundreds of 60-plus, white haired folks reliving their teen years; as we left, a bus from Sun City, Georgetown, was boarding dozens of them. This is a cohort that clearly doesn't want to let go of the past! There were some younger people there; I think kids would love this show.

Get ready for a trip down Memory Lane ...
this show is all about the 1960’s. The band
plays The Beatles' classics while three large
screens fill in video context of the decade:
clips from actual concerts, videos of the
social movements of the time and even a few
commercials that shaped the era. This quick
moving show is entertaining and nostalgic.
Great musical quality throughout the show; I
particularly enjoyed the vocal tone of the
singers. The band invited audience
participation at times. You’ll sing Hey Jude
like you haven’t in a long time -- and really
enjoy it. Highly recommended.
