Bras signed by Yoko Ono, Willie Nelson, Mack Brown and The Beach Boys, along with bras made by local artists and celebrities, will be featured in the Art Bra Fashion Show benefiting the Breast Cancer Resource Center (BCRC). A silent auction including 100 Art Bras and great live auction is followed by Austin’s most inspiring fashion show. Survivors and women currently battling breast cancer strut down the catwalk modeling Art Bras. Each step celebrates the courage, solidarity and triumph of women who hear the life-altering words, “You have breast cancer.”
Saturday, April 23, 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum, 1800 N. Congress Ave. Tickets are $60 in advance and available by calling 544-0902 or ordering online at www.bcrc.org. Ticket includes two drink tickets, complimentary parking and food from Austin favorites Eddie V's, Cover 3, NXNW, Opal Divines, J Blacks, Moonshine, Pie Fixes Everything and Red Rabbit Cooperative Bakery.
