The documentary details the topic of obesity on a national level, personalizes the issue and takes viewers to ground zero of this epidemic, told through the eyes and hearts of children and key stakeholders. Character development includes following on key teenager, whose life touches every subject in regard to childhood obesity. Examining the life of obese adults provides context and a glimpse of the future. A look at model PE, health and nutrition programs from across the country helps showcase solutions. Interviews with key national advocates strengthens the powerful call-to-action and educational value
