Add Review/Comment
Comedian, author and speaker Darryl Littleton, also known as D'Militant, brings his bold, dynamic and motivational presentation, Black Comedians on Black Comedy. The show celebrates African-American strength and perseverance and explores how comedy has helped shape the heritage and culture. Blacks have endured slavery, the Great Depression and the Civil Rights Movement thanks to a sense of humor and a spirit of survival. That same spirit is the way to get through these current trying times.
During this incredible hour you'll experience . . .
· The exciting story of Black comedy in America from the minstrels to the Murphys and beyond
· An exclusive screening of Robert Townsend's director's cut reel from the Sundance Film Festival
· A no holds barred Q & A
· A live (clean) comedy show
