    For the lower impact fitness enthusiast - A Low Impact, “No Excuses” Fitness Boot Camp. Jump start your day with an early morning conditioning program!
    Sometimes getting out of the bed is the hardest thing about an early morning workout. But once you commit, and begin doing it regularly, Cross Training Boot Camp will give you the workout you’ve been looking for. Cross Training is designed to meet the needs of participants looking for a good, but low impact, moderate workout. This course is not intended for the extreme athlete, but extreme athletes are certainly welcome.
    Cross Training provides a low to moderate impact workout for those looking to improve their level of fitness. Knee and back friendly, but still a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and vary the stress placed on specific muscles or your cardiovascular system.
    Many principles of Pilates are taught to provide great core strengthening. A supportive and motivational class, this boot camp is for everyone, regardless of experience and fitness level. WAKE UP and make Cross Training part of YOUR fitness program!
