    The Austin Civic Chorus and St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church will present the 21st annual “Sing-It-Yourself Messiah” at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 8134 Mesa Dr. Audience members are encouraged to bring their own copies of Handel’s Messiah and sing along during the choruses. A limited number of Messiah scores can be borrowed at the door. The 110-voice Austin Civic Chorus, soloists and orchestra will be conducted by Ryan Heller, Chorus Austin Artistic Director. Admission is $15. Tickets may be purchased online at www.chorusaustin.org, at the door or by contacting the business office at (512) 719-3300. The annual Chorus Austin Silent Auction also will be held during the evening with refreshments, conversation and gift baskets filled with edible holiday treats, festive gifts and gift certificates. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Chorus Austin’s projects.
