Scratch & Burn, written by Castellanos and choreographed by Fernandez, is an original theater piece exploring war traditions and battle cries using modern hip-hop vernacular and movement, as well as incorporating early Zulu rituals, elements of Butoh, Maori war dances, Tibetan Buddhism and modern political war games.
