Most people think of creating art as an additive process, adding paint, charcoal or ink to a surface. But it can also be subtractive—or reverse. Learn to think and see better in reverse! Experiment with five different techniques and create six finished reverse masterpieces. Learn the tools, techniques and processes of monotype printing, charcoal lift, scratchboard, pastel drawing on a dark background, and watercolor lift. All skill levels welcome.
