Soul artist Leela James will perform as headliner for this day-long, multi-site festival, bringing her smooth sound and passionate voice to Austin. Opening for Leela James will be Austin’s R&B jazz group All U Need and Austin's own neo-soul artist, Tje Austin. The concert will be held at “The Deck” an outdoor venue located at 1000 East 11th Street behind newly opened restaurants, 11th Street Station and Zandunga.
