Breathing Life Into Words presents Writing from the Page on Those of us who write invariably hit stagnant times. Natalie Goldberg, novelist and professional writing workshop presenter, advocates that we use the words of other writers to inspire us. Reading can lead to writing when a succinct phrase, a stunning paragraph, even an engaging title ignites a spark in us and makes us put pen to paper. In this workshop, Carolyn Blankenship will help writers explore the words of a variety of writers as springboards for our writing on a range of subjects. Join us and see what you have to say to yourself!
To inspire local Austin writers, the Will Hampton Branch at Oak Hill, Austin Public Library, offers writing workshops featuring notable authors and writers who love to inspire! Learn how to transform your thoughts into writing. All programs are free and open to the public and there are no prerequisites.
