Author Susan Wingate offers a novel-writing workshop, Muscling-Up the Gut of Your Story. Do you ever wonder why stories you might've read seemed to go flat after the beginning? Do you feel your own story lacks the umph to retain a reader's attention? Well, if so, this workshop is for you. It instructs you on how to avoid writing boring middles of any story. Moving through each part of storytelling, the beginning, the middle and the end, participants will walk away from this class understanding how to develop a strong middle-section to their novel. This workshop is intended for the intermediate and advanced novelist. Most people walk away from this class with a fully-developed outline to which they can write after they leave the class.
