In the spirit of Jim Henson's muppets, Díaz and Peirano have created a unique group of characters and put them in a very funny hilarious movie based on the very popular Chilean television series that presents mock news broadcasts performed by puppets. The film successfully translated the show’s sense of irony and parody and creates a film that is a ton of fun for both kids and adults. When the news producer (the last of his species) is kidnapped by evil millionaires, the whole 31 Minutes action news team must embark on a quest to rescue him. In Spanish with English Subtitles. Austin Film Festival 2009 Official Selection. This film is a visual assault not to be missed for any fans of the Muppets or good comedy!
