Austin is a friendly, laid-back city and the AFF and Conference definitely follows suit. No velvet ropes or VIP rooms here. The AFF and Conference panels create an intimate and casual setting for attendees and panelist to discuss the creative process of screenwriting and filmmaking. After a day of panels, festival attendees and panelist alike head to film premieres, networking parties and the legendary Driskill Bar to discuss screenwriting and filmmaking.
Immerse yourself for four days with experienced screenwriters, successful directors and A-list film industry representatives. More than 80 panels, roundtables and meet and greets will address current trends, new developments in media, inspiring film events, producing your film on a small budget, business development and the core elements of screenwriting and filmmaking.
