The 14th-Annual Austin Chamber Music Festival presents Carpe Diem String Quartet and clarinetist Paul Green as they perform Der Golem, suite from the film score composed by Betty Olivero to the backdrop of the legendary silent film by Paul Wegener – Der Golem. Der Golem is “an enduring example of German Expressionist horror, based on an ancient Jewish myth. A mystical rabbi brings a monster to life in a bid to save Prague's Jews from the Holy Roman Empire.” - Film4.com
