Salvage Vanguard Theater, McCallum High School, and Austin Script Works team up to bring you Falling Into Five & Other plays. Falling Into Five, by student Madeline Newchurch (directed by SVT artistic director Jenny Larson, and dramaturgy by playwright C. Denby Swanson) receives a workshop production at Salvage Vanguard Theater, May 20th- 22nd. Falling Into Five examines the stages of grief in this haunting story about friendship, transformation, and letting go.
The evening also includes a staged reading of Night on the Bayou by Jeffery Hawn (directed by McCallums Nigel O’Hearn and dramaturgy by Austin Script Works member Meg Haley) and Back to by Rachel Long (directed by Nigel O’Hearn and dramaturgy by Diana Grisanti from ASW).
