Austin Chamber Music Center kicks off its 14th-Annual Austin Chamber Music Festival by welcoming Grammy Award-winning cellist Sara Sant' Ambrogio to perform works for cello and piano by the most romantic of romantics.

The Austin Chamber Music Center (ACMC) launches its 14th-Annual Austin Chamber Music Festival at Congregation Agudas Achim at the Dell Jewish Community Center. This year's Gala Benefit features Grammy Award-winning Sara Sant' Ambrogio, cellist and founder of the esteemed Eroica Trio, together with ACMC Artistic Director and pianist, Dr. Michelle Schumann, performing chamber music by the "Poet of the Piano." The evening includes pre-concert performances by ACMC students, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails accompanying a silent auction that benefits ACMC's Chamber Music Academy, and a post-concert champagne reception with Sara Sant' Ambrogio and festival artists. Held in one of Austin's best listening rooms, the evening promises to enchant audiences with world-class music that honors one of Poland's most treasured exports.
