Join honorary hosts Richard Linklater, Mike Judge, Robert Rodriguez and Elizabeth Avellán at Austin Studios for an evening honoring Moody Anderson, celebrating CHAINSAWS, SLACKERS AND SPY KIDS: 30 Years of Filmmaking in Austin, the new book by Alison Macor, and networking with the Austin film community.
6:30 - 8 PM - Eat & drink from fantastic food vendors Teo, The Shed BBQ & Blues Joint, Chi’lantro and mmmPanada’s, tours of Soundcheck Austin, book signing and networking under the stars. Complimentary beer provided by Magic Hat and iced tea by Sesa.
8 PM - Gather for Film Community Group Photo
8:30 PM - Welcome by Elizabeth Avellán, Honoring Moody Anderson by Cary White and David Spencer
9 PM - The Derailers
