Class is Limon and Release based technique. Weight, rebound, flow, suspension, and effortless motion at a professional level. Class consists of: Warm-up, back-work, deep stretches, traditional technique for legs, feet, and back. Movement across the floor (at times can be improvisationally based) and class combination. * These classes move at a faster pace and knowledge of the technique is assumed. The combination at the end of class is more complex at this level. ( at times Ellen will use choreography from her dance company on these students).
