It's J.M.M. Barrie's birthday this month! He imagined one of the most beloved and rascally characters in all of children's literature- Peter Pan. To honor his birthday, we'll read stories about ruthless pirates, rambunctious boys, flitting fairies, hungry crocodiles, and anything else found in Neverland- In particular, Melinda Long's How I Became a Pirate.
