Join with Tejas Web to celebrate Beltane and leap toward your Love and Desire!
We will gather with the Fae to celebrate Love and Desire in all their manifestations! Previous magical knowledge is not required. Instruction will be provided for Maypole Dancing.

THINGS TO BRING:
• “Breads and Spreads” for sharing afterwards. Finger foods are suggested such as beautiful or fun speciality breads including gluten-free, cheeses, strawberries, other fruits, chocolate and Fruit Juices.

• Your own cup/plate

• Gifts for the Fae, such as shiny silvery coins, beautiful flower, leaf, other natural objects of beauty, gemstones, bells on ribbons hung from the trees, fruit, cream, honey, etc. Please plan to take any non-biodegradable gifts home after the ritual and leave them under/on a tree. You may wish to take your Gift away afterwards and make your own individual offering to the Fae under a tree or other sacred Faerie place. Remember not to leave chocolate where a dog or cat might eat it.

• Ritual Garb is always appreciated! Perchance it will reveal to the onlooker your chosen Love/Desire! Do you desire the love of a person? Do you chose to Love the Earth? Perhaps you desire to achieve a charitable objective? Accomplishment of a personal goal? What IS the Love or Desire you will leap the Beltane Fire to attain?

Parental discretion and supervision are required since there will be a fire, lively dancing, and possibly partial nudity or the occasional skyclad pagan. The ritual is child-friendly, yet anticipate that people may express the theme/themselves/their Love and Desire in unexpected ways!
