    You are cordially invited by the Faeries & The Royal Court of the Kingdom of Avalia to The Faery Masque Ball. Come dressed as your favorite Faery, Magical Spirit, or Beltane Reveler. Prizes for outstanding costumes.

    Join VORTEX Repertory Company’s Sleeping Beauty cast in a joyous costumed celebration of masques, music, and mayhem! Awaken from your 100-year sleep and dance with the Faeries. Free cake and other tasty snacks. Cash bar. All proceeds support The VORTEX.

    The Minor Mishap Marching Band will be tooting flutes and rolling drums for your merriment, while you explore the work of local artists & vendors in The VORTEX Café & Yard. The Eart(h)eart Project will perform on the Outdoor Stage at 7:15pm. Sleeping Beauty will be performed on the main stage at 8:00pm. The Outdoor Stage continues with an 8:15pm Fan Burlesque Performance, Fire Spinning, Juggling, & Hoops, as well as Aerial Silk & Lyra Performances. Activities include a Silent Auction, Costume Contest, Tarot Readings, Body Art, and Live Sketching & Digital Painting by Topher Sipes. Late night Dance Party with DJ David DeMaris, Gyronauts, and Prophet Visuals!
