The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum will present American Sabor: Latinos in U.S. Popular Music, the first major museum exhibition to tell the story of the profound influence and impact of Latinos in American popular music. American Sabor: Latinos in U.S. Popular Music is created by Experience Music Project in partnership with the University of Washington.
Join exhibition curator Jasen Emmons of the Experience Music Project, Seattle, Washington, for a behind the scenes look at the making of American Sabor. Emmons will share his personal experiences of working with musicians such as Carlos Santana, Linda Ronstadt, and Louis Perez. Get the insider story on the music and personalities that came together to create the flavor of Sabor.
