Jack is an artist, founder and executive director of Forecast Public Art foundation, and editor of Public Art Review magazine, the world's leading journal devoted exclusively to the field of contemporary public art. Becker specializes in projects that connect the ideas and energies of artists with the needs and opportunities of communities and has organized over 70 exhibitions, 50 publications and numerous special events nationwide.
