We premiered this film at Fantastic Fest 2008 to incredibly enthusiastic crowds who immediately became cult fans. It is a delectably gory and grotesque film about a dystopic society where organs are repossessed. It is also a pretty great rock and roll opera. Fans across the country have been performing what are called "Shadow-casts" of the film, when die-hard cultists perform the lines and songs in front of the screen, Rocky Horror-style.
