Ages 10 - 17 This introductory course provides hands-on exercises in composition, camera movement, storyboarding, image, sound development and editing instruction in Final Cut Pro. Each student shoots numerous digital video exercises during class. Students will be guided through both the technical aspects of filmmaking and the various film genres that influence Independent and Mainstream Cinema. All films are screened for the public at the end of the semester at the Alamo Drafthouse during the Loud & Clear Youth Film Festival.
