In a post-apocalyptic Japan, streets are deserted except for the military and police. A young woman is on the road looking for love, but fate attaches her to a military deserter who is more intent on suicide than sex. The unlikely duo get taken to a gangster hideout where a revolution is being plotted. Meanwhile a “Westerner” is driving around Japan arbitrarily killing people. Inevitably the lone killer and the revolutionaries will intersect
