As one of the most buzzed about cities in America, Austin offers a diverse array of opportunities to explore your photographic potential. At no time is the buzz thicker than during SXSW, the world-renowned music festival showcasing nearly 2,000 bands from around the globe. Beyond SXSW and the city's rich musical heritage, you can explore themes involving pristine natural resources, booming urban development, cultural diversity, a vibrant arts scene, the historical downtown, the state's government seat, and the list goes on.
These are just a few starter ideas but this workshop is less about Austin and more about you. We are very excited to bring you this incredible opportunity to discover and pursue your photographic authorship alongside one of the world's premier photography instructors, Magnum Photos' Minister of Education, David Alan Harvey.
