Ottmar Liebert is a six time GRAMMY nominated, platinum selling guitarist and composer. Considered one of the most talented, creative and influential guitarists of all time, his legendary debut release, Nouveau Flamenco is the biggest selling guitar album in history. Liebert has released over 20 albums and received more than 30 gold and platinum awards. Along with his band, Luna Negra, he thrills audiences worldwide as one of instrumental music’s most popular and compelling live performers. Liebert’s 2008 releases, The Scent of Light and Up Close, have been continuously played on over 90 smooth jazz and specialty stations around the country, as well as earned him the Silver Award for Best Flamenco Guitarist from Acoustic Guitar Magazine.
