Instructors: Esquina welcomes to the team these premier Yoga teachers for this year. Come down and experience these wonderful Esquina instructors lass as they enlighten us and our bodies through the beautiful form of Hatha Flow Yoga

Stretch, bend, breathe, sweat, and smile. Open your body and open your soul, challenge yourself to some strengthening yoga.
Who should do it:
Any one and everyone, you can make this class as challenging as you want.
What to wear, what to bring:
Wear clothes that you can stretch in. Some mats provided. Bring your own if you have one or a towel to lie on.
