The Cipher is on a mission to spit the truth, to save hip-hop, to change the game. In contrast to a mainstream rap industry rife with misogyny and under frequent fire for bombastic sexism, this group of young hip-hop artists puts respect front and center in their guiding philosophy. They have a fiery intensity when they share their hearts, souls and some good-natured braggadocio! All of the music they will share is original and written by the youth. The Cipher will be joined by dancers from the group Outta Kontrol. Parade to follow and then an Austin snowstorm with snow machines!!!
