Add Review/Comment
If you have been wanting to experience aerial dance, but cannot commit to a full class series, this is a great opportunity to try it out.We aim to share our knowledge of aerial dance to those who are curious about working off the ground. With harnesses and aerial fabric, we will introduce aerial dance techniques, focusing on core strength, partnering, spacial awareness, breath, and moving through the air. The workshops will vary week to week, offering new information each weekend. These workshops will be taught by dancers, Julie Holcomb and Nicole Whiteside, and will be held at the Blue Lapis Light Studio.
