Sure, Austin is a big music town. But Austin is a big film town too. And every Monday night at Alamo Ritz we celebrate the intersection of the two with style. Our Alamo programmers try their damndest to bring you the freshest, most off-beat, most interesting, or just plain fun music-related films they can find. From the latest rock docs, to in-house compilations spotlighting an eclectic range of genres and artists, to narrative features with musical connections, to rarely seen concert films, Music Mondays have something for discerning eyes and ears of all tastes. And with just $2 admission (plus weekly food and drink specials), it's hands down the best way to stretch your entertainment dollar.
