Featuring our 2007 Cast of NUNSENSE!
The sequel to the international hit musical NUNSENSE takes place approximately six weeks after the first "benefit performance." (It could easily be subtitled “the rest of the story.”) The same five nuns are back on stage at Mt. Saint Helen's School for what is billed as a "Thank You Program" for their supporters. Since their first time out was such a success, they have decided that they should stick to their successful variety show formula. This time they are forced to work around the set dressing of "The Mikado"

      Stepping through the doors of the Georgetown Palace is like stepping back in time. The old-time marquee and charming proscenium sweep the imagination off to the days of Bogart's Hollywood and Ziegfield's Broadway. No wonder the sisters of Mount St. Helen's have been bitten by the "show biz bug." But here, any dreams of the silver screen or great white way are only secondary - along with any other elementary efforts at plot. The real event is the down-to-earth, let-me-entertain-you fun cooked up by five swingin' sisters. From Nashville blues, to vaudeville ham; from ballet to bingo, Melita McAtee, Cathie Sheridan, Arden Baxter, Samantha Wtson and Sara Burke aim to delight. And delight they do. This good time variety show makes no attempt at literary or artistic greatness, but if you're looking for a chance to leave your world for a little while for one that's a little simpler and sunnier, the nuns of Nunsense II will be happy to show you the way.
