Brazil's Bruno Beltrão became an international sensation with his ten-member powerhouse dance troupe, Grupo de Rua de Niteroi. With choreography that fuses hip-hop and contemporary dance, his troupe unleashes astonishing duets and ensemble works that incorporate elements of krumping, popping, collisions, and floor-spins, but with a contemporary dance master’s conceptual and compositional orientation. Street dancing becomes an art.
