      Seeing a legend in person is one thing, but seeing a legend that can still bring it like he used in the old days is a whole different experience. He had us laughing from the moment he walked on... Expand

      Seeing a legend in person is one thing, but seeing a legend that can still bring it like he used in the old days is a whole different experience. He had us laughing from the moment he walked on stage, at one point he even laughed at one of his own jokes and said, “I'm sorry for laughing...I just forget how god damn funny I am sometimes." And that he is, at 83 years of age the man is still a powerhouse. It was nice to see that after 51 years of performing he still genuinely seems to love every second of it. Although his age is evident in his physical movements, his wit is still as sharp as ever. It was a great honor to be able to see this man perform live and I encourage everyone to do so before it’s too late, at his age as he put it “every show might be my last.” Collapse

      Don Rickles is the world’s foremost insult comic. What he does just to make people laugh. In an overly PC world we forget that. He told of the first time Frank Sinatra came in to see his show.... Expand

      Don Rickles is the world’s foremost insult comic. What he does just to make people laugh. In an overly PC world we forget that. He told of the first time Frank Sinatra came in to see his show. Rickles stood in front of the man who could make or break his career…or maybe his legs, and insulted him. But, the person Rickles makes fun of most, is himself. At 83, Rickles can even still belt out a tune. Rickles's quick wit is spot on. Only once the audience groaned at a joke to which he quipped, “I didn’t invite anyone here. You all came out to the show!” The crowd once again erupted in laughter. There's a lot of heart in his show. It shows in how he performs and how much he loves his audience. The only drawback of Rickles’s show is that it’s short; only 1 hr. 15 minutes, and Rickles is onstage only about an hour. But, this is a Vegas show tailored to get people in, entertained, and back out on the casino floors. I enjoyed every minute of watching true entertainment royalty. Collapse
