Mel Tillis has recorded more than 60 albums, had 36 Top 10 singles, 9 #1 hits, is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and was named BMI’s Songwriter of the Decade for 2 decades. He has written more than 1,000 songs, like “Good Woman Blues,” “Coca Cola Cowboy,” and “Southern Rain,” as well as songs for others including “Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love to Town,” by Kenny Rogers and “Burning Memories,” by Ray Price. This Country Music Legend should not be missed!
