Look, there’s no question that you know Hal Sparks—the only real question is how you might’ve first become acquainted with him, and when. For example, if you’re a more, uh, experienced comedy fan with roots in the Windy City: He occupies that pantheon of comics who began doing stand-up early in his teens—15, to be exact—and, in a potent harbinger of showbiz things to come, won “The Funniest Teenager in Chicago” contest at 17.
