Free ice cream social, art show & local music blowout in support of Chris Riley for Austin City Council Place 1! Music by local favorites DJ MVSCLZ, Baby Robots, Dikes of Holland, La Snacks, Peel, Follow That Bird!, The Black, and Cry Blood Apache. Art show featuring 20 local artists including Rachel Koper and Joshua Sampson. Ice Cream provided by local NadaMoo. Free organic sugar scrub samples provided by local MYKA. The latest in a series of free community events showing that cultivating local music & arts, sustainability, and independent businesses need to be city priorities, as they will be if Chris Riley is elected. Our other events have had great turnouts and brought out many people new to city politics.
