Add Review/Comment
Featuring Jody Conradt, Donna Howard, Randi Shade, Amalia Rodriguez-Mendoza and Toby Futrell, this political forum combines actors performing scenes from Shakespeare that address women’s issues (Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Kate & Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew and Portia in The Merchant of Venice) and brief talks by each speaker on the contemporary position of women in society and what relevance Shakespeare bears on women’s issues today.
