The group features the intricate tripple fiddles and vintage style, close three-part harmony vocals of Grce, Sophia and Hulda Quebe, along with the swinging rhythm guitar of Joey McKenzie and upright bassist Drew Phelps. Since its inception, the Quebe (pronounced kway-bee) Sisters Band has performed for audiences across the country including appearances at the Grand Ole Opry, the Kennedy Center in Washington, Lincoln Center in New York, at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival and the National Folk Festival, as well as concert performances with Merle Haggard, Marty Stuart, Asleep at the Wheel and Riders in the Sky.
