"James Galway's immense popularity puts him in the privileged position of being able to try anything...The playing was attractive, sensitive, neat." -Dallas Morning News The Austin Symphony brings to the stage the world famous flautist, Sir James Galway to perform Mozart's Flute Concerto in D Major. Soon after, Sir James and wife and fellow flautist, Lady Jeanne Galway will perform Cimarosa's Double Flute Concerto in G Major. Also being performed that night is Haydn's Symphony No. 100 in G Major and Rossini's Overture to L'Italiana in Algeri.
