Stamp Lab: A Theatre Group will be performing T.A.G. as part of the Frontera Fest Short Fringe Festival at the Hyde Park Theatre, a theatre in Central Austin. An exploration of transgressive acts, T.A.G. is a story about shifting family values, restless youth, cranky bulldaggers, and the ghost of an afro-future past. In T.A.G., the characters are Train, Bus, Billy, and Nina. Train sings East Austin’s history, Bus looks for a way out of life’s expectations, Billy fights for her home and Nina searches for her family. Developed as a follow up piece to the prize winning performance, “Hush”, T.A.G. is being produced for the Frontera Fest Short Fringe Festival.
