    Circumstantial Playground

Presented by at The Long Center: Debra & Kevin Rollins Studio Theatre

    April 2 - April 5, 2009

    Circumstantial Playground

ReleaseMotion Dance Project, a new "witty and humorous" contemporary dance company has teamed up with the quirky and rambunctious musical sensation, The Nearly Normal, to bring you a beautifully rythmic experience transcending time and space. While visual artist Brittany Dennett creates a paintings onstage to the live music, based on the action taking place around her, poetry by "Oily" Jack Safarick, Jr. takes you back through a series of circumstances in an old man's life which have led him to a park bench with a view.

Please join us on the constantly shifting landscape of the playground as we ponder the circumstantial evidence that lies within our reach. Discover if you will choose to play in the sandbox or on the swings.

"The world is a playground and life is pushing my swing." -- Natalie Cocsis
