Alisa’s Dance Academy houses the most eclectic and diverse professional dance company in Austin. Verge Dance Company (VDC) is a union of popular music, current dance trends and theatrical style. The goals of the men and women in VDC are to expand and reach out to the dance community by presenting the performing arts in a form that attracts even the non-conventional theatergoer. The company dedicates itself in offering an outlet for the local dance talent to create and stage unique works as well as contribute to educational opportunities for the broad dance community.
