The dance film series continues this fall with three dance selections focused on the themes of: voice, identity and dissent.  The three works shown will cover three different time periods in dance history, including a recently released work, in the Contemporary dance movement style.  After viewing the works, we will have conversation about the different ways each artist chose to present his/her voice, concept of identity and resulting dissent.  Included in the showing will be a 1955 work by Modern Dance pioneer, Anna Sokolw entitled "Rooms".
