Two troupes, no rules. The Double Barrel homestead invites you to witness two of Austin's finest troupes performing extended sets of their fanciest stuff. More fun than a hoedown and funnier than a chicken with its head cut off.
This week:
Parallelagramaphonograph - Just back from their acclaimed show in the Providence Improv Festival and ready to make local audiences fall in love with them more with their always original, always inspired long-form narratives.
1813 Drake - This is what happens when a duo of veteran improvisers live together. The Hideout Theater's Andy Crouch (Heroes of Comedy, Improvised Shakespeare, Start Trekkin') and nationally known improv guru Asaf Ronen (Sickest F***ing Stories, Ka-Bam) join forces to bring you riveting, hilarious improv that might wind up being about whose turn it was to pay the light bill.
