Participants in Grrl Action’s 2007-2008 year-round class present their long-term artistic projects in the form of a unique and engaging performance! A reception and project fair will follow. For the past seven months, girls have been developing projects inspired by their interests and passions alongside professional female artists. They've taken their work in the summer workshop to the next level by creating multi-media solo performances, dance pieces, books of poetry, magazines, performance art, and documentary and narrative films. In Grrl Wrap, they'll share these projects in an innovative performance. Please stick around for food and a closer glimpse into these projects after the performance is over!
