 ederal Building in downtown Austin.  Impermanence continues Blue Lapis Lig
 ht's trend of transforming architecture into a grandiose yet meditational 
 stage where dancers float and bound through the air.  Using ropes\, harnes
 ses\, cloth\, and other apparatus to dance high above the ground\, Blue La
 pis Light brings splendor and an unconventional beauty to spaces that are 
 typically utilitarian.  In this latest awe-inspiring performance\, dancers
  will fly over the 'ft surface of the Federal Building.  Featuring a colla
 boration of dancers on silks\, rappellers\, lighting/sound designers\, rig
 gers and more\, Impermanence speaks to the fragility of our times: and the
